This property is described on the tax map as SBL:130.00-3-16.
The action is the construction of a 24x32x12 wood framed pole barn. The structure does not meet the Town of Pomfret’s Zoning Code Section 300-3-1 B “Yard Setbacks”. The property is zoned Agricultural (AG).
