NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Pomfret Planning Board will be held on May 4, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Pomfret Town Hall, 9 Day Street, Fredonia, NY 14063.
The purpose of this meeting is for the Planning Board to conduct a review of the April 2026 draft version of the Pomfret Zoning Map and provide feedback to the Town Board.
The Draft Zoning Map is available for inspection at the Town of Pomfret Planning & Zoning Office, 9 Day Street, Fredonia, NY 14063. Please contact the Planning & Zoning Clerk at 716-672-7496 Ext. 7 with any questions.

The proposed action is the construction of a 24x30x12 pole barn for farm equipment storage. The structure does not meet the Town of Pomfret’s Zoning Code Section 300-3-1 B4 “Yard Setbacks-Primary street yard”. The property is zoned Agricultural (AG).
This Area Variance application is open to inspection at the Town of Pomfret Planning & Zoning Office, 9 Day Street, Fredonia, NY 14063.
